如图3所示,是使用STS和Flame两种不同型号的光谱仪测量同一个NIST校准过白色LED光源的光谱,每一个光谱仪都先进行了绝对辐照度的校准。光谱仪都配置100 um 的狭缝,并且所有测试都进行50次平均值并平滑5次。为了达到同样信噪比,两台光谱仪的积分时间有所不同,Flame是20ms,STS是300ms。
尽管Flame已经是一个小型的仪器,STS仍然有着体积小的优势。如果光谱仪需要集成到其他设备里,STS的小体积—只有40 mm x 42 mm x 24 mm—可以成为某些应用领域更好的选择。小体积,使得手持式仪器几乎能在所有领域广泛应用,包括研发实验室、过程环境监控、测试和监控以及一些农业方面的应用。
